What Is Red Honey?
It is a deeper-coloured honey, richer and bolder in taste than our lighter honeys. In general, the colour and flavour of honey come from the flowers the bees visit, and darker honeys tend to taste stronger.

Storing Your Honey
Keep the jar sealed at room temperature and away from moisture. Because our honey is raw, it can thicken or crystallize over time. This is natural and does not mean it has spoiled. Standing the jar in a bowl of warm water usually loosens it.
