What Is Acacia Honey?
It is honey made by bees from acacia blossoms. It is typically light in colour, from pale yellow to almost clear, with a mild, delicate taste that does not overpower tea, milk or desserts. It is searched for in Urdu as acacia ka shehad, and some sellers also call it robinia honey.

Storing Your Honey
Keep the jar sealed at room temperature and away from moisture. Light honeys tend to stay liquid for longer than many others, but because ours is raw it can still thicken or crystallize over time. This is natural and does not mean it has spoiled. Standing the jar in a bowl of warm water usually loosens it.
